Jason Dandruff Relief Shampoo is extremely popular and dates all the way back to California in 1959. It is a very high quality product and the brand does pride itself in using safe and natural ingredients as opposed to the overdose of chemicals that can be found in low quality brands that are only concerned with their bottom line. If you are in search for a good quality daily shampoo to help with a case of unfortunate flaking and itching then you should pay attention to this shampoo as it may very well be a god send for you!
How to Use Jason Dandruff Relief Shampoo
Like any other shampoo, Jason Dandruff Shampoo is easy to apply. Simply massage a small amount into the hair and scalp and wash out. Because of the quality of ingredients in this shampoo, I like to leave it in for a few minutes after lathering to let my hair and scalp absorb all of the natural oils and then wash out. There are no secrets to using this shampoo and if you have washed your hair before, you should know the drill by now! Please do note that it is recommended to use this shampoo 3 times per week so every day use is not necessary.
First impressions on Jason Dandruff Relief Shampoo
Be warned! This dandruff shampoo does not have the most pleasant of odors but do not judge a shampoo by its scent! It really does a great job at removing all signs of flaking and itching and you can use your favorite conditioner after if you do not enjoy the odor. The formula in this shampoo is very gentle and soothing and lathers really nicely even on overly thick, curly, or wavy hair. The difference in my hair was noticed very quickly because this shampoo eliminates scalp flaking after just the first use. So far, so good. There isn’t really anything bad I can say about this shampoo.

Pros & Cons of Jason Dandruff Relief Shampoo
I really like that Jason seems to have taken time when it comes to putting together an effective and high quality formula for their dandruff shampoo. Unlike other brands that throw together a bunch of chemicals and add one anti-dandruff ingredient and call it a dandruff shampoo, this shampoo actually delivers some quality. It is a really gentle shampoo that would work well for anyone with sensitive skin and a distaste for harsh chemicals.
While it does contain tons of natural and effective flake reducing ingredients, this shampoo is not 100% natural. Seeing as I can not point out anything else negative about this shampoo, that would be the one thing I would mention. If you are looking for a natural and organic shampoo then this definitely is not it but with that being said by no means is it a low quality product.
I would say that this shampoo is especially suitable for people looking for a high quality dandruff shampoo and perhaps has sensitive skin. It will work well for anyone with a mild- moderate case of dandruff. If your case of dandruff is extremely severe, I would recommend a medicated shampoo that can be used along side an every day shampoo such as this.
Final Thoughts on Jason Dandruff Relief Shampoo
I would highly recommend this as an every day shampoo because of how gentle it is on the hair and its level of effectiveness. In term of effectiveness, there are not many brands of dandruff shampoos that can come close to Jason. Jason products are effective because they generally contain fairly high quality ingredients. This dandruff shampoo contains some really effective ingredients including rosemary oil, jojoba seed oil, and olive oil which really enhance the healing of damaged hair and scalp. If you are looking for a good quality dandruff relief shampoo at a great price, this product is pretty hard to beat. By no means is it perfect but i would bet that the majority of people suffering from a flaking scalp will see immediate relief if they gave this a try.
